Year-to-date (YTD) total returns are cumulative returns.

Classes A, B and C are newer classes of shares. Their performance information includes returns of the fund's class Z shares (the oldest existing fund class) for periods prior to their inception. These returns have not been restated to reflect any differences in expenses (such as 12b-1 fees) between class Z shares and the newer classes of shares. If differences in expenses had been reflected, the returns shown for periods prior to the inception of each class of shares would have been lower.

Total return performance includes changes in share price and reinvestment of income and capital gains distributions.

(CMDI) who (i) holds class Z shares, (ii) who holds class A shares that were exchanged into class Z shares, or (iii) who purchased no-load shares of funds merged with funds distributed by CMDI; clients of fee-based broker/dealers or registered investment advisors that recommend the purchase of fund shares; any trustee or director (and family members) of any fund distributed by CMDI; insurance companies, trust companies, banks, endowments, investment companies and foundations; and retirement plans with assets of at least $5 million. Morningstar Rating (if shown):  For each fund with at least a 3-year history, Morningstar calculates a Morningstar RatingTM based on a Morningstar Risk-Adjusted return measure that accounts for variation in a fund’s monthly performance (including the effects of sales charges, loads and redemption fees), placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. The top 10% of funds in each category receive five stars, the next 22.5% receive four stars, the next 35% receive three stars, the next 22.5% receive two stars and the bottom 10% receive one star. (Each share class is counted as a fraction of one fund within this scale and rated separately, which may cause slight variations in the distribution percentages.) The Overall Morningstar Rating for a fund is derived from a weighted average of the performance figures associated with its three-, five- and ten-year (if applicable) Morningstar Rating metrics. Morningstar RatingTM is for individual share classes only. Other classes may have different performance characteristics. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
